Breakdown for a Holistic Final Report Card and Progress Report Performance Level

Classroom Teacher:
Assessments = 40%
Assignments (Classwork/Homework) = 60%

Physical Education, Music, and Art:
Assessments = 40%
Assignments (Classwork/Projects/Abilities) = 60%

Learning Behaviors that Promote Learning for 2020-2021 School Year

Use this scale to report on student progress in participation and respect for classroom/school rules (this includes Bucket Filler Behavior, responsibility for homework, and appropriate engagement in learning environments).

C – Consistent
D – Developing
NY – Not Yet

Distribution of Report Cards/Progress Reports for 2020-2021 School Year

 

Reports Cards are distributed 3 times a year: November, March, and June.

November and March Report Cards are noncumulative, these grades reflect the work of only that semester. The June Report Card is cumulative for the school year.

Progress Reports to parents and families are distributed in December and April.

Important note regarding new students: Students that are new to our school, within two weeks of a marking period, should have some assessments in order to grade them in reading, writing, and mathematics. All other grades can be marked ‘NA’ (Not Available) until further learning has occurred. Any questions regarding specific students should be brought to a supervisor.
