Through arts education at PS280 Q, students are given the opportunity to: creatively express themselves, acquire critical thinking skills, explore materials, develop new ways of seeing and interpreting the world, and learn about their artistic and cultural heritage. My goal is to provide every student with opportunities to express themselves creatively through drawing, painting, collage, and sculpture while introducing them to artists/art techniques from around the world.
