Birthday Celebrations

At PS280Q, we take pride in celebrating our Lionhearts as they embark on a new chapter in their lives. To ensure all birthdays are acknowledged and celebrated, we will honor all birthdays monthly. This approach allows us to celebrate together while maintaining a structured and inclusive environment.
Key Guidelines:

1. Arrangements:

• Families are encouraged to contact their child’s teacher to make arrangements for the celebration.

2. Treats:

• All treats must be nut-free, sealed, and store-bought to ensure the safety of all students.

• Homemade items are not permitted.

3. Drop-off Instructions:

• Treats must be delivered to the Main Office before 10:45 a.m. on the day of the monthly celebration.

• This timing ensures that items can be distributed to classrooms promptly and efficiently.

4. Parent Participation:

• Parents are not permitted to attend classroom celebrations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a focused and safe learning environment.
